Compliance FAQ
What is FMCSA priority reinstatement?
FMCSA's fee schedule (49 CFR §360.3T) has one reinstatement fee, a flat $80, and no separate fee for priority processing. FMCSA has no paid priority lane, and Fast Trucking Compliance does not sell a priority option. FMCSA controls how long its review takes.

Why does it matter?
FMCSA's fee schedule lists one reinstatement fee, $80 (49 CFR §360.3T(f)(52)). FMCSA reviews the request, confirms the revocation cause has been cured, and restores the authority when its review is done. FMCSA controls how long its review takes.
"Priority" service from a provider can only describe preparation on the carrier side. Fast Trucking Compliance handles every order the same way: We prepare your reinstatement request; it is submitted to FMCSA by you or a filer you authorize. The request is ready once the cause is cured (insurance or BOC-3 on file, penalties paid).
What helps on the carrier side is getting the cure in place in parallel: the insurer filing the BMC-91/91X, a new BOC-3 if needed, and paying any outstanding civil penalties, so no step waits on another.
If a provider says it can shorten FMCSA's processing of a reinstatement, ask exactly what it is doing - the federal review is FMCSA's.

We prepare your reinstatement request; it is submitted to FMCSA by you or a filer you authorize. FMCSA charges an $80 fee to reinstate revoked MC operating authority (49 CFR 360.3T). For MC reinstatement, our $220 service fee and the $80 FMCSA fee are itemized as two separate amounts before you pay ($300 total). DOT out-of-service reinstatement is a $200 service fee with no FMCSA fee.
