2. Service Fee Refunds
Our service fees cover the preparation, review, and submission of compliance filings. Refund eligibility depends on the status of your filing:
- Before Filing Submission: If you request a cancellation before we have submitted your filing to the relevant government agency, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee.
- After Filing Submission: Once a filing has been submitted to a government agency, service fees are non-refundable as the work has been completed.
- Filing Errors by Us: If a filing is rejected or requires correction due to an error on our part, we will re-file at no additional cost. If we are unable to correct the issue, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the service fee.
3. Government Fees
Government filing fees (e.g., IRS fees for Form 2290, FMCSA fees for operating authority applications) are collected on behalf of government agencies and are non-refundable per agency policy. These fees are clearly identified and disclosed separately from our service fees before you complete your purchase.
4. Cancellation Requests
To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fasttruckingcompliance.com. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation. We process cancellation requests within 1-2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
6. Re-Filing Guarantee
If a filing is rejected due to an error on our part, we will re-file at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to errors in data entry, form selection, or submission process that are attributable to our team. It does not apply to rejections resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer or changes in government requirements after submission.
7. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, please contact us at support@fasttruckingcompliance.com with details of your concern. We will review your case and respond within 3 business days. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
