Compliance FAQ
How long do MVR results take to come back?
Timing depends on the issuing state. We email the MVR when that state delivers it. CDLIS is the AAMVA pointer of CDL states; PSP timing is set by FMCSA's system.

Why does it matter?
MVR timing depends on the issuing state DMV. We email the PDF when the record is delivered. There is no promised clock: the state sets the timing.
Some states process requests on their own schedule. That schedule is the state's, not ours, so the visible answer stays the same: timing depends on the state.
CDLIS is a federally-managed pointer system run by AAMVA. It lists every state where the driver has held a CDL. The driving-record detail still comes from each of those states, and that timing depends on the state.
For the bundled DOT Pre-Employment package (MVR + CDLIS + PSP + 12 months of Clearinghouse query management), the slowest component sets total turnaround. PSP and Clearinghouse timing is set by FMCSA's systems, and the Clearinghouse query also waits on the driver's consent.
Order driver screening
We order the driver records you choose from the issuing state, AAMVA and FMCSA, with the driver consents collected at checkout, and email you the reports as PDFs. From $50 (MVR Basic) to $175 (DOT Pre-Employment).
Independent screening service operated by Fast Filing Group LLC. Not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, AAMVA, any state DMV or any government agency.
