UCR Third-Party Filer

Also known as: UCR Filing Service

By Korey Sharp-Paar · Reviewed by the Fast Trucking Compliance team

Definition

A UCR third-party filer is a private company that handles UCR registrations on a carrier's behalf through the national UCR system, for a service fee on top of the government bracket fee. A reputable filer itemizes the UCR government fee separately from its service fee, uses the correct fleet-size bracket and base state, and states that the registration goes to the National UCR System. Fast Trucking Compliance is a third-party filing service operated by Fast Filing Group LLC; it is not a government agency and is not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT or UCR.gov. We prepare your UCR registration; it is submitted to the National UCR System.
