CDL Driver Compliance & Safety
CDL driver compliance is the human side of motor-carrier regulation. ELDT for new drivers, Clearinghouse queries before every hire, annual MVR reviews, DOT physicals every two years, drug testing in random pools, and (for some) hazmat endorsements.
